A Story about Wallpaper that I can't find nor can I remember the title...?

I remember reading this story in high school about this lady that became obsessed with wallpaper (It's not the story by Gilman) and she goes crazy, scratching it off the wall until her fingers bled. I'm quite sure it was a horror writer like Edgar Allan Poe or Nathaniel Hawthorne, maybe not because I can't find anything on this story! Any help is appreciated, GREATLY!
