If a guy gets beaten as a consequence of indecent act, whose fault is it?

If a guy tries to force his penis into a woman's mouth and he's choking her with it and then she bites it and hurts him badly, whose fault is it? Should she get in trouble for assault?? I know it's cruel to physically harm someone, but in this case, he provoked it, right?
