A movie I saw when I was younger!?

I can't remember how old I was, I'm 19 this year, and I REALLY can't remember probably important parts, but I remember that it had something to do with a guy who saw a brown-haired girl through the window (if I can remember correctly), He fell inl ove with her, and at some time in the movie the girl let her 'vagina balls' fall down the stairs (also before this scene, somewhere else in the movie) the girl was sitting on a bed or chair, or whatever, and played with the balls between her fingers. I think the guy asked what it is. (By the way, the girl stayed in an apartment). I really want to see this movie!! AND It's a Romance or romantic comedy.
